Rates increase for Indian Ocean service

Mediterranean Shipping Company (Pty) Ltd, on behalf of Mediterranean Shipping Company SA has announced an increase in cargo rates on the South Africa – East Africa – India – Pakistan – Persian Gulf – Red Sea service as from 18 October 2004.

A rate restoration of US$ 200 per TEU will be applicable to both northbound and southbound cargoes effective from that day.
